Hi, my name is James and I'm a Senior Recruitment Consultant at 3Search. Part of the agency recruitment team, I focus on client services, production and project management hires.
I've worked in recruitment since 2015, supporting companies around the world with their unique talent searches. At 3Search, I will be working closely with independent, scale-up and global agencies with their searches for:
- Client services talent: Account Executives through to Client Services Directors
- Project management talent: Project Executives through to Project Directors
- Production talent: Production Assistants through to Head of Production, Studio and Resource Managers
I love my role as a recruiter, because I love supporting candidates in finding their perfect role and seeing some of the brilliant work they create. Whether it’s an influential TV campaign, a mind-blowing experience or anything in between.

If you’re currently looking for your next role, my best piece of advice is to specialise and differentiate. One of my favourite clients once told me that an agency’s role should be to challenge their clients, make what they believe to be great work and lead innovation. Those that do will, find their successes!

Charlie and his team have done an excellent job for us recently. We were restructuring the Marketing team earlier in the year and had several different positions to fill. George is one of the best headhunters in the web3 space and I can't recommend working with him enough. George goes above and beyond to find good placement for job seekers while simultaneously being mindful of the nitty gritty details like salary requirements, time frames, and more that come up on a job search. George doesn't work just 9-5 but is always available to communicate, get meetings scheduled, provide interview debriefs, and foster any connections made day or night. If I was searching for a career change, George is the first person I would connect with, and if I was looking to fill a role, he would be the first person I would ask to fill that position.
Giulia is an amazing recruiter with a true professional and personalized approach. The search for the next 'ideal' role or candidate can be frustrating, especially in marketing where the skills and requirements are forever changing.
