Originally from New Zealand, I have worked with agencies from around the world to build leading teams.
I love working in the creative industry as it means my job is really visual. I've always been surrounded by creative people, so I love getting to see each individual’s portfolio and their unique perspective.
When creating your portfolio, I recommend laying it out in a way that is easy to follow and to take in. Don't overcomplicate it but also don't forget to have a little bit of fun and showcase your personality/branding throughout.

Charlie and his team have done an excellent job for us recently. We were restructuring the Marketing team earlier in the year and had several different positions to fill. George is one of the best headhunters in the web3 space and I can't recommend working with him enough. George goes above and beyond to find good placement for job seekers while simultaneously being mindful of the nitty gritty details like salary requirements, time frames, and more that come up on a job search. George doesn't work just 9-5 but is always available to communicate, get meetings scheduled, provide interview debriefs, and foster any connections made day or night. Giulia is an amazing recruiter with a true professional and personalized approach. I’ve worked with a few recruiters during my career and I have to say that David Bremner is definitely one of the best.
