Hi, my name is Jack Bendall and I'm a recruitment consultant at 3Search.
I specialise in supporting charity organisations in the recruitment of marketing, digital and communications talent.
I began my recruitment journey at 3Search’s sister brand, Tarka Talent, where I led their sustainability consulting recruitment practice. Making an impact within my work as a recruiter is incredibly important to me, which has always guided my career and my focus. Internally, I have taken on the role of the Head of the DE&I Committee at the 11 Investments group, where I collaborate with others to assure that we continue to create an environment that is inclusive for all.

Charlie and his team have done an excellent job for us recently. We were restructuring the Marketing team earlier in the year and had several different positions to fill. George is one of the best headhunters in the web3 space and I can't recommend working with him enough. George goes above and beyond to find good placement for job seekers while simultaneously being mindful of the nitty gritty details like salary requirements, time frames, and more that come up on a job search. George doesn't work just 9-5 but is always available to communicate, get meetings scheduled, provide interview debriefs, and foster any connections made day or night. If I was searching for a career change, George is the first person I would connect with, and if I was looking to fill a role, he would be the first person I would ask to fill that position.
Giulia is an amazing recruiter with a true professional and personalized approach.
