Hi, my name is George Western and I’m a Recruitment Consultant at 3Search. I partner with high growth web3 and crypto companies across North America, providing marketing, digital and communication staffing solutions.
Coming from a background of software engineering, I have a level of technical expertise that allows me to completely understand an employer’s needs. Getting to know the companies I work with is my favourite part of the role. Being able to make a difference in companies and candidates’ lives from the opposite side of the world is a real achievement.

George is one of the best headhunters in the web3 space and I can't recommend working with him enough.
