Hi, my name is Dominic and I'm a Partner in 3Search’s Executive Search practice.
Our Executive Search team specialises in senior appointments across marketing, digital and product, typically C-suite and C-minus-one, including VPs, Directors and Heads of. I'm leveraging my extensive experience across the Entertainment and Sports industries to expand our offering within these exciting and interconnected sectors.
Having started my career in 2000, I have been fortunate to work with a wide range of exceptional leaders and innovators in the Entertainment and Sports industry around the globe. From major film studios & computer gaming companies, sports clubs & federations, to the scale-up technology brands transforming the industry, I uncover the senior leadership talent to supercharge their growth.
I have a real personal affinity with the sectors I work in, after all, I’ve spent my entire career dedicated to it. It’s so easy to be passionate about great entertainment or sports content and experiences and I feel incredibly privileged to speak with leaders across the Atlantic and UK about their work.

Charlie and his team have done an excellent job for us recently. We were restructuring the Marketing team earlier in the year and had several different positions to fill. George is one of the best headhunters in the web3 space and I can't recommend working with him enough. George goes above and beyond to find good placement for job seekers while simultaneously being mindful of the nitty gritty details like salary requirements, time frames, and more that come up on a job search. George doesn't work just 9-5 but is always available to communicate, get meetings scheduled, provide interview debriefs, and foster any connections made day or night. If I was searching for a career change, George is the first person I would connect with, and if I was looking to fill a role, he would be the first person I would ask to fill that position.
Giulia is an amazing recruiter with a true professional and personalized approach. The search for the next 'ideal' role or candidate can be frustrating, especially in marketing where the skills and requirements are forever changing.
