Hi, my name is Alice and I'm an Associate Consultant in our marketing recruitment team.
At 3Search, I partner with a wide range of our clients across financial services, professional services, FMCG, retail, travel, leisure and entertainment. Leveraging my knowledge of the marketing skill set, I support their recruitment of junior talent from Assistants through to Managers.
Having studied marketing at university, I have built a unique understanding of the industry. The psychology behind marketing campaigns is truly fascinating to me and I love getting to work with the people who make it all happen.

Charlie and his team have done an excellent job for us recently. We were restructuring the Marketing team earlier in the year and had several different positions to fill. George is one of the best headhunters in the web3 space and I can't recommend working with him enough. George goes above and beyond to find good placement for job seekers while simultaneously being mindful of the nitty gritty details like salary requirements, time frames, and more that come up on a job search. George doesn't work just 9-5 but is always available to communicate, get meetings scheduled, provide interview debriefs, and foster any connections made day or night. I’ve worked with a few recruiters during my career and I have to say that David Bremner is definitely one of the best.
