Hi, my name is Alex Gilbert and I'm the Learning and Development Manager at 3Search.
I work with everyone across the business to ensure that they’re fully equipped for success. Not only by providing them with the right tools but also by giving them the knowledge of how to use them effectively.
Regardless of the level of recruitment experience people have when joining, it’s my job to make sure they’re set up, equipped and confident that they can do their job to the best of their ability.
It's my responsibility to help people who know nothing about recruitment to learn everything about recruitment in the shortest amount of time.
While for those who already have a number of years in recruitment under their belt, my role might mean confirming or expanding their skillset and knowledge. I can support in their professional development and can offer alternative perspectives to what they already know.
My job is about the people here – making sure they’re enjoying their job and that they’re fully-equipped to do it well.

It's really rewarding when someone makes their first placement, knowing that I have played even a small part in their success.
I knew that I wanted to join 3Search after seeing all of the posts online and feeling like I was missing out on something big. From the photos to the Google reviews, I knew that this was a company that I could be a part of.
What the directors are building here is really inspiring.
If I was to give one top tip for recruiters, it would be keeping an open mind. The market can change and recruitment can change, but if you have an open mind, you can overcome these obstacles and anything else that might get thrown your way.

Charlie and his team have done an excellent job for us recently. We were restructuring the Marketing team earlier in the year and had several different positions to fill. George is one of the best headhunters in the web3 space and I can't recommend working with him enough. George goes above and beyond to find good placement for job seekers while simultaneously being mindful of the nitty gritty details like salary requirements, time frames, and more that come up on a job search. George doesn't work just 9-5 but is always available to communicate, get meetings scheduled, provide interview debriefs, and foster any connections made day or night. If I was searching for a career change, George is the first person I would connect with, and if I was looking to fill a role, he would be the first person I would ask to fill that position.
Giulia is an amazing recruiter with a true professional and personalized approach. The search for the next 'ideal' role or candidate can be frustrating, especially in marketing where the skills and requirements are forever changing.
