Our 2024 Annual Pay & Hiring Report has highlighted some key trends in the recruitment industry. A staggering 67% of individuals told us they would be searching for a new job this year.  

However, that doesn’t mean that recruitment will be simple. 64% of hiring managers have told us they will be hiring in 2024, with 25% of them intending to hire for social media and content talent.
