3Search partnered with Beam, an innovative crowdfunding platform designed to help homeless people regain their independence through career opportunities.
For every placement made with 3Search, we give a gift card to employers to donate to Beam and make a difference in a homeless person’s life. This means that whenever you use our recruitment services, you’ll be supporting homeless individuals secure their futures.
So far, 3Search has provided over 300 people with a support network and the opportunities needed to earn the skills required to support themselves.
